About Great Lakes Properties

Great Lakes Properties was founded by husband and wife team, Nick Goetz and Mia Brant, located in Port Elgin, ON. Our real estate investing journey kickstarted with our first rental home purchase in 2022. Since then, we have been hooked and continue to add rental homes and units to our portfolio that make us proud to provide our tenants with quality places to call home.

Our community continues to grow at an accelerated pace, with lack of home and rentals available, we took notice of the need for affordable, yet quality high-end type rentals that fit the needs of the ever-changing area and market. We saw this as a green light and have focused more currently on land investment to design and build new complex/townhome style developments to close this gap.

We are honoured and excited to provide beautiful places for people to establish roots in our community of Saugeen Shores, ON.

Our focus is simple, safe, and well maintained housing that fits everyday life.
